Ginseng food, redux

This all adds to the point noted in my Dec. 18 post: even in the United States, the taste of ginseng is gaining a certain acceptance as our society embraces a more varied palate. Despite the narrowing of food options in some areas, people's relationships with the plant world continues to evolve.
